Bottom half pieces are 26" wide

Top half pieces are 27.5" wide.

How I attached the top to the bottom:

note: this is not included in the outline on the left,
and this is how I made the monitor shelf supports
(though without the metal brackets)

FRONT VIEW

wood support screwed into top,

top part is as long as the top part of cab
outside

these are supposed to be screws :)

'Plans' for Frostillicus's basic 2-piece cab. NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE.
notes:
grid represents 1" squares.
ALL wood is 3/4" thick.
Monitor is D9200.
Back of monitor section is left open for ventilation.
I secured the bottom back on permenantly for added stability (the whole front opens up
anyways...)
Axle is just a 2" PVC tube.
Used 1x1's for corner strengthing the frame.
red section is monitor shelf.
Glue all joints, especially monitor shelf and top part support (See other illustration)
My finished cab has casters on it, not included in this illustration. Strongly recommended.

I used this outline as a basic premise for cutting the wood - it is very rough and I didn't really
need any step by step stuff. Rotate the circle in illustrator for some Hot Panel Action! ;)
