technology, and consumer products have proliferated, disseminating
Western values and lifestyles. Particularly, Vietnamese youth are heavily
influenced by Western norms via television, social media, and popular
culture, resulting in a decline in traditional Vietnamese values and
practices as they adopt Western attitudes towards fashion, entertainment,
and social conduct.
- Economic Transformations and Cultural Shifts: Globalization has
caused notable economic changes in Vietnam, prompting shifts in
cultural practices and traditions. The transition from agricultural to
industrial economies has impacted lifestyles, especially in cities.

a global scale. Platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
 enable individuals to stay connected with friends, family, and
acquaintances irrespective of geographical barriers. This
interconnectedness fosters a sense of community and solidarity,
especially among marginalized groups and those separated by long
distances.
 Secondly, social media serves as a powerful tool for information
dissemination and awareness-raising. It has revolutionized the way
news is consumed, allowing users to access real-time updates and
diverse perspectives on global events. Moreover, social media
campaigns have been instrumental in raising awareness about
social issues, promoting activism, and mobilizing support for
various causes, ranging from environmental conservation to human
rights advocacy.

 However, alongside its positive contributions, social media also
