Job Summary:
As a Trainee Software Developer, you should be well-versed in programming
languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You’ll be part of a
cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle, from
conception to deployment.
We are hiring students passionate about programming, algorithms, and
problem-solving.The interview process will include a test in our office, followed
by a technical interview (virtual/face-to-face) and an HR round.
Office Location: Noida, Sector 132, ATS Bouquet, C Tower
Responsibilities:
Understanding of coding languages for frontend or backend development.
Basic to medium knowledge in developing custom plugins and components.
Clean and structured coding with a strong focus on documentation.
Work with development teams to ideate and implement software solutions.
Create security and data protection settings, write effective APIs, and ensure
functionality of servers and databases.
Required Skills:
For React.js: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, API Integration, Version Control
(Git).
For Python: Python, OOP, Algorithms, Django/Flask basics, SQL, HTML/CSS.
For Node.js: Express.js, RESTful APIs, Asynchronous Programming, NPM, JSON,
Security.
Eligibility:
Qualification: B.Tech in CS/IT, B.E./B.Sc/MCA or relevant post-graduation.
Academic Criteria: 70% throughout 10th, 12th, and graduation.
Training Period: 6 months
Stipend: INR 15,000/month during training
Package: INR 4.0-6.0 LPA post-training (based on performance)
Joining Date: Mid of November 2024
Interview Mode: Virtual and Face-to-Face
Service Agreement: 2 years, including 6 months probation.
Terms:
Monthly performance evaluations.
A minimum of 70% in academics is mandatory.
