Dear Directors and Sales Team,


I am writing to inform you about the new product launch meeting of Samsung
S10 plus, which will be introduced by our Sales Department.
Below is an outline of the meeting, which you can follow more easily.
The meeting will be held on August 1 st at 8.30 am in Room 5C. There are four
delegates attending the meeting: Ms. Loan - the director of Marketing
department, Ms. Thu Hoai - the Sales manager and Mr. Hung, Ms Lien - the
Sales staff.
The objective of the meeting is to discuss strategies on how to approach
customers with our new product.
The agenda will focus on three main parts, which are:
Part 1: The introduction of the new product features
Part 2: research plan the market share
Part 2: incoming marketing campaign
