Merit Scholaship
Programs
(CMSP)
CHED Merit
Scholarship Programs
are intended for entering first year
(CMSP)
students who are eligible for college
whose General Weighted Average
(GWA) is at least 96% or its equivalent
for Full Merit Program and 93% to 95%
or its equivalent for Half Merit
Program. (CMO No. 11, s. 2021).
DOCUMENTARY
REQUIREMENTS
3. Financial: The student-applicants shall submit any of the following documents:
1. Citizenship: Copy of Birth Certificate a.Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents or guardian (2316);
(If combined annual gross income of parents/guardian which does not exceed Four
2. Academic: Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP400,000.00), or in cases where the income
exceeds PhP400,000.00 an applicant must present a written certification or
a. High school report card for incoming
medical findings of illness of a family member, or school certifications of two or
freshmen students eligible for college; and more dependents enrolled in college).
b.Certificate of Tax Exemption from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR);

semester Grade 12 for graduating high school Welfare and Development (DSWD);
