industry. The depths of this unfairness are revealed by UN investigations and whistleblowing
hotlines, as health becomes a luxury rather than an aspect of aid.

There is a glimmer of optimism even in the depths of the night. For communities that seek
accountability, civil society organizations and UN agencies serve as beacons of hope. Their light
directs us toward a healthcare system that benefits everyone, not just the wealthy.

Fighting for a future where everyone has the right to good health is more important than simply
money. Let's pool our resources, knowledge, and political power under this flag. Let's make
healthcare at no cost accessible to all people on Earth.

We can defeat this hydra together. Health for all is a necessity, not a luxury. Let's construct it

Esteemed Chair, distinguished delegates,

Corruption permeates the healthcare industry. It robs life-saving resources and taints religion.
We cannot remain spectators.

Think of a British hospital, where hidden cameras discourage bribes before they start. A Danish
procurement office, where every bid is recorded and open to the public. The kryptonite to
corruption and its watchful eye is transparency through surveillance. Privacy is important.
However, these actions must be supported by security measures, data protection, and
whistleblower protection.

Even government offices must have transparency. As in the case of Brazil's public budget
system, open access to contracts and spending gives citizens a way to evaluate their officials.
Like Chile's highly respected anti-corruption agency, it takes outside views into account in the
policy-making process as well.

But more than technology is needed. To foster an honest society where they can thrive, it is
equally essential that we instruct officials and healthcare personnel in ethics.

Finally, cooperation is needed. Let's form a global anti-corruption coalition, exchanging

experience and data. Justice isn't something that borders can stop.

This is a fight where surveillance plays an important role, every resource heals, not harms. Every
life is valued in this healthcare system we build together.
