1. Halal Certificate 穆斯林清真认证
All of our food is Muslim-friendly in which all ingredients are from Halal
Supplier, 100% pork free and alcohol free.

JUZ EAT 所有食材都是购自 Halal 供应商，公司 100% 不含酒肉和酒精。

2. Date Availability 如何预定档期？

All slots are based on a first come first serve basis and confirmed only
when FULL PAYMENT is received. Do take note, we will not take
responsibility for any promise on slot reserve without payment received.

所有订单必须确认档期加汇款去公司银行户口后，发送资讯给小助理才算成功保留
档期。注意：任何口头保留档期将不予理会。

3. Package Selection 如何选择配套和菜式？

All packages shall order accordingly. We not accept any mix and match
category on packages. Customer can add on ala carte series if needed.

配套需依据系列选购，顾客可额外挑选 Ala Carte 食物。

4. Food Portion 食物份量

Juz Eat food portion is 1:1.

Juz Eat 的食物份量是1比1。

5. Cutlery 餐具
Cutlery including paper plate, plastic fork and plastic spoon will be
provided according to the number of pax ordered. We will provide extra
5 sets of cutlery set for every order. Soup bowls and paper cups will be
provided for soup/dessert and beverage orders only.

No cutlery will be provided for Ala carte food order, otherwise, you may
top up RM 1 for 1 set of cutlery.

所有餐具（包括纸盘、塑料汤匙和叉子）会根据订单人数提供给顾客。我们会提供
多五套餐具给每份订单以备不时之需。若您有下订饮料/汤类，我们会提供相同数
量的汤碗和杯子。

注：单点菜式的订单是没有提供餐具的，若需要餐具，顾客需另付费RM1/set餐
具。

6. Delivery 食物运送
All orders / packages price are exclude delivery charge. You may send
your full address for check the car delivery fees.

No door-to-door services, driver only can deliver to front main foor for
landed property and lobby of the buildings.

餐单内配套价格不包括运输费。您可发送完整地址给小助理计算运输费用。
另外，JUZ EAT 司机只能运送到大门或高楼的大堂，如果需要上楼顾客需要下来至
大堂领取您的食物。

7. Can customers make any changes after an order is confirmed?

确认订单后，我可不可以再更改我的订单或人数？

Juz Eat will try to accommodate last minute change for you, but we can
only guarantee changes on (Add on number of pax, add on dishes) after
your order is confirmed. No reduction of the number of pax is allowed
after your order is confirmed.

Juz Eat 团队会尝试理解您的顾虑，尽可能做出最好的调整。因公司档期是依据顾

客订单而做安排，所以我们并不接受【减少人头】的更改，但是，只要我们保留了
档期给您，可以增加人头哦。

8. Can customers postpone the confirmed order?

确认订单后，我可不可以延迟订单运送日期？

You can postpone your confirmed order with a condition to inform Juz Eat
7 days before the delivery date and the order must be used within 3
months from the delivery date, otherwise your payment will be forfeited,
hence please comfirm your details before proceed lock the slot.

确认订单后，如需【更改日期】顾客可在7天前和小助理说明，并且必须在3个月内
使用（需在确认 JUZ EAT 档期有空档情况下）如双方无法配合，所支付款项将全
款不予退还，所以在下单前请确认档期才下单。

9. Big Tong & Big Spoons 夹菜的公用夹子 & 勺子

Big tongs and big spoons will be provided for 30 pax and above package
order.

只要您预订的配套是三十人头以上的配套，我们都会提供夹菜、盛饭的公用餐具。

10. Best Consumed 最佳食用期限

All foods are prepared according to the customer's receive slot and best
consumed within 3 hours after delivery.

所有食物都是根据顾客的订单时间准备的，最佳享用时间是在送到顾客地点的3小
时内，方可享用到食物最好的口感和味道。
