I have gathered all the requested documents except the serial number and box details, as these do not
appear on my iCloud profile or the Find My iPhone web version (see attached snapshots). I was able to
retrieve the purchase invoice from my email, which includes the IMEI number.
Regarding the bank statement, the phone was paid for in U.S. dollars through my mother-in-law’s card,
as she needed the dollars for her travel. If required, I can request her payment receipt for this
transaction.
I am currently waiting for the store to open so I can inquire about the serial number.

INCIDENT DETALS
Incident Description:
My wife, daughter, and I went to have dinner at Sushi Train. Afterward, we decided to walk back
to the San Fernando Plaza Hotel since it was a nice night, and we felt safe as there were people
on the street. While going down Calle 10, where cars and motorcycles were passing, two
motorcycles approached us—one with two passengers and another following closely behind. One
of the men said "gentleman," which made me think he was asking for some information, but then
he got closer and showed a weapon.
He demanded that I quickly hand over all the money and my cell phone. My wife started crying
and handed over her phone, while I handed over my cell phone, and my wife also gave them our
daughter's iPad.
A nearby vehicle saw the incident, honked the horn, and rushed over. The thieves quickly got on
the motorcycles and ed. The driver of the vehicle immediately stopped, asked if we were okay,
and called the police on our behalf. We waited at the scene for an hour, but no response was
given, so the gentleman drove us back to our hotel to calm us down and ensure our safety.
