process from advertising
to onboarding.
Incumbent is responsible
to assist in all online
recruitment activities,
including Electronic
Recruitment Application
(ERA) and the online
testing programs. S/he
also assists in preparing
and delivering trainings
relating to recruitment
application, policies and

Incumbent assists with
the entire Recruitment
process from beginning
to the end: Draft vacancy
announcements on ERA
for the State Department
and 11 Agencies as per
recruitment guidelines,
