ACHIEVEMENTS
❖ In Lower Mwachabo Community Health unit, I helped the group to change from self- help group to
registered Community Based Organization (CBO).
❖ I helped the community of the Lower Mwachabo Zone to start Community Help Desks within the
communities to be able to receive complains from the people and help them get the rightful solutions
especially of projects being implemented by county government and other non-governmental
organizations.
❖ I helped Lower Mwachabo Community Health unit to develop strong internal control systems and develop
finance and procurement policies which helped the group to receive more funds from different donor due to
strong internal control systems.
❖ In Lower Mwachabo CU, I managed to introduce accounting system which helped the group to monitor all
group funds hence minimized cash lost due to lack of appropriate records.
❖ In lower Mwachabo I managed to help the group to start table banking which generated a lot of cash which
helped them to purchase their own plot and build rental houses.
❖ In Tsavo institute I managed to start the first ever Christian union for the school where by so many
students joined and are still joining and worshipping God.
❖ Still in Tsavo I managed to introduce bin cards in the stores for easy monitoring and stock control.
