You are able to confirm if Intense Mode is on due to the trainer who will bump into you after
you get your first Pokémon
Before each Gym Leader and Elite 4 Member, Pokémon are automatically fully healed
Intense Mode forces Set Mode in Battle, Hard caps for levels and the player cannot use
Items in battle
As of v2.1, an EV allocation system has been added for balancing purposes, found in the
summary of a Pokémon. Use the password “standardevs” to turn it off if you wish - but note
this is illegal for the Intense Monotype Competition.
Intense Recommendations:
● Activate password which prevents Trainers from using Items too (stopitems)
● Full IVs to minimise grinding later in the game
● Using F12/Save scumming to develop strategies and understand AI manoeuvres
