When we pray,
we talk together with God.
We talk to God and
God talks to us.
God is our very special friend.
We can talk to Him every day.
We can tell Him anything.
God loves us.
We can talk to Him
in Jesus’s name.

God Gave Us a Very Special Prayer
(Matthew 6:7–15)
God talks to us
through His book, the Bible.
In His book, God tells us
to pray this way:
The Lord’s Prayer
“Our Father
which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done in earth,
as it is in heaven.

And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
