⮚ 107 Network Hospitals (both Govt& Private) have conducted various
procedures to 5,543 patients and benefitted under this Scheme,
Rs.11.654 crores were expended from 01.04.2024 to 30.09.2024.
NCD SERVICES:
 NCD services: 18,04,866 health IDs generated out of 19,79,049 in
NCD survey (91.2%). 2,57,462 (14.9%) hypertension cases,
2,47,422 (14.3%) diabetic cases and both hypertension and
Diabetics cases 69299 (4.01%) are identified by ANMs in NCD
survey in the district. Accordingly, the Medical Officers are again
confirming the above cases during Family Physician Concept and
keeping the patients on treatment.
