2. ThatyoufailedtoadheretothetermsandconditionsoftheCardMemberAgreementbynotmaking
thepaymentoftheoutstandingamountintimeandthesamewasnotpaiddespiterepeated,request, reminder and

client. However, our client in the interest of good customer relationship intends to
