A: Hi, Edson! I hear you have a new part-time job. Where do you work?

B: Hi! Yes, I do. I work in a clothing store at the mall. How about you?

A: I work in a small grocery store downtown. It's interesting, but it can be tiring. What
are your main responsibilities?

B: Well, I help customers find clothes and I also organize the displays. Sometimes I
work at the cash register. What about you? What do you do there?

A: I restock the shelves, help customers and clean the store at the end of my shift. I
don't run the cash register yet. Do you like your job?

B: I like it! The tasks are fun and I meet a lot of people. But sometimes it's hard when
the store is full. Do you like working at the supermarket?

A: Yes, it's a nice experience, although it can get repetitive. By the way, what are your
working hours?

B: I work three days a week, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It's flexible because I also have
classes.. And you?

A: I work four days a week, from 4 pm to 9 pm. It's a bit late, but I'm getting used to it.
Do you get paid well?

B: Yes, I earn around 10 soles an hour. It's not much, but for now it's okay. And your
salary?

A: Mine is 12 soles an hour, which is pretty normal. It helps me save for school
expenses. Do you plan to stay long at your job?

B: I may stay a few more months. I'm still learning a lot. How about you?

A: Same here! I think I'll stay until the end of the semester. It's a good experience for
now.

B: Sounds good to me. Well, I have to go now. See you in class.

A: Sure! Take care of yourself and good luck with your shift tomorrow.
