2-5mins after call, CTA text
Text - “Hey (name), it’s X here, really enjoyed our chat earlier! Wanted to let you know I’ve
personally booked in your appointment with our Growth Expert, (closer), for (time) on (date).
Did you receive our pre-call video or should I drop the link here?”
If asks for pre-call
Text - “https://estatelaunching.com/pre-call video is here 🙂”
Then DON’T TEXT OR CALL AGAIN unless they initiate
48 Hours Away SOP
If no response to CTA text
DOUBLE DIAL from your alternate number to confirm appt and ask if they have watched the
video.
If they pick up and confirm, DON’T TEXT OR CALL AGAIN.
If no pickup
Text - “Hey (name) did you get my text? 😅”
24 Hours Away SOP
If no pickup the day before and STILL no response to CTA text
DOUBLE DIAL from your alternate number to confirm appt and ask if they have watched the
video.
If they pick up and confirm, DON’T TEXT OR CALL AGAIN.
