Attributes:
Innate Power Source: Through biological means, witches possess an inherent
power source which they intuitively draw upon to channel magic. Witches are
distinguished from mortals because of a genetic trait which seemingly
grants them their innate magical ability.
Basic Powers And Abilities:
Spell Casting: The act of changing and controlling events by magical
influence. Spells are the most common method exerted by witches to focus
their magic. A spell could consist of a ritual action, a set of words, a
verse, or any combination of these.

Potion Making: The act of brewing and concocting magical elixirs and
potions that contain mystical properties.
Channeling: The power to invoke extra forms of energy by focusing on
external forces.
Pain Infliction: The power to create excruciating migraines through
supernatural mean. This is specifically used to counter Vampires and while
it won’t kill them it repeatedly snaps the blood vessels in their heads so
that while this is going on even if they continually regenerate it’s hard
for them to do anything else but fall to their knees.
Advanced Powers And Abilities:
Telekinesis: The power to move objects and persons through mental
influence.
Elemental Manipulation: Power to exercise some control over nature and its
elements, this is limited to one innate power per element and while not
having mastery over one specific element there is sufficient power in each.
Illusions: The power to alter the senses of others to perceive a false
reality.
Astral Projection: The power to separate from one's body and project the
spirit to another location.
Weaknesses:
Valerian root: This is a herb that is commonly used to protect from magical
influence of Witches.
Deadwood: This is a substance used to suppress the power of witches. By
forming a Circle with the powder of Deadwood, the witches inside that
Circle are unable to perform any magic or use any powers.
Iron: When Witches are completely surrounded by iron or bound by iron their
powers are supressed and their ability to use magic is nullified.
Disbelief: The act of denying or disbelieving in one's potential could
cause a witch to inadvertently suppress their magical power.
Distraction: Denying a witch from concentrating or giving full attention to
their spells, may render them ineffective. Since most spells are spoken
verbally and take time to take effect, witches are vulnerable to attack
before their completion. Additionally, certain spells require items, tools,
and/or special events during casting, therefore they can't be invoked on
mere whim.
Emotions: A witch's magic is subject to the influence of their emotional
state and may fluctuate according to them when untrained. Strong emotions
such as worry and anger can fuel a witch's power while emotions such as
fear may prevent a witch from properly accessing their powers.
Overexertion: The excessive use of magic could lead to disorientation, nose
bleeds, unconsciousness, and if taken to the extreme, death.
Other Information:
Grimoires: A book of magic spells and invocations that is documented with
magical recipes, rituals, and incantations. This is usually handed down
within a specific bloodline of Witches and many spells within could require
specific bloodlines in order to make full use of said spells and rituals.
