Narrator Deb: The next day, the friends arrive at Agetyeng Travel and Tours, where
Raven greets them.
Raven:
Mabuhay! Good morning Welcome to Agetyeng Travel and Tours, you must be
Adrian, Arianna, and Thyrelle. I’ll be helping you with your booking today.
Adrian: Thanks, ma’am Raven! We want to book a trip to Seoul, South Korea, and we
have some special requests.
Raven: (typing) Sounds good! Let’s start with your flight dates. When would you like to
depart?
Adrian: We want to fly on November 16th from the Philippines to Seoul Incheon
Airport. An afternoon flight would be great.
Raven: (typing) Got it. And for the return flight?
Adrian: November 20th, with a morning flight from Seoul back to the Philippines.
Raven: (nodding) Understood. Which class would you like to book?
Thyrelle: Economy Class for all of us.
Raven: (smiling) Noted! Now, I’ll take your details.
Narrator Deb: Raven asks for their details and records their information.
Raven: (smiling) Noted! Now, I’ll take your birthdates first.
Narrator: Raven asks each of them for their birthdates.
Raven: Adrian, what’s your birthdate?
Adrian: July 28, 2003.
Raven: (noting it down) Thank you. Arianna?
Arianna: My birthdate is September 22, 2003.
Raven: Got it. And for you, Thyrelle?
Thyrelle: My birthdate is July 25, 2003.
Raven: Great! Now, Adrian, could I also have your contact information as the main
contact?

Hotel Myeongdong in Seoul.
Raven: Perfect. Now, let’s go over seating and meal preferences. Adrian, do you

Raven: Noted. How about you, Arianna?
Arianna: Since it’s my first time flying, I’d like a non-smoking window seat and a vegan
meal.
Raven: We’ll make sure you get a great view! And Thyrelle?
Thyrelle: A seat near Adrian and Arianna would be perfect. For the meal, I’d like a
low-salt option.
Raven: (finishing up) All set! I’ll reserve your tickets with these preferences and send a
confirmation email later today.
Adrian: Thanks, Raven. This trip is going to be amazing!
Arianna: I feel so much better knowing we have everything in place.
Thyrelle: Can’t wait! Seoul, here we come!
Raven: Ma’am / sir, May I have to redirect you to one of our agents to further process
your information. Ms. Carlyn will be incharge of your booking today.
Adrian: Yeah, sure please proceed.

and here are the details. We need to send the details later this day
CARLYN: Okay ms. Raven I’ll do that right away
Narrator: carlyn is incharge of booking flights for clients, while ms. Raven is incharge of
accommodating the clients. Due to the influx of tourists, this strategy helps our agents
to spontaneously do their job.
