JOB PURPOSE:
To develop budget planning, monitor day to day General accounting, monthly & quarterly
closing of books of Accounts, Frequent review of product costing & Prepare Various MIS
report for Management

DIMENTION OF ROLE:
Accounts Manager has to interact with all departments at the site as well as corporate office
in relation to data required for MIS & Reporting purpose.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Preparing & Handling:
 Annual Budget for the company (including costing, profit margins)
 Product costing Monthly or Frequent Basis as required by Management
 Track fund flow of Plant on Daily basis and manage Payable Accounts accordingly.
 Monthly Budget variance Analysis report share to management.
 Tracking Production Yield report & power consumption etc.
 MIS on monthly Basis.
 Resolve/manage problems of Accounts team.
 Finalization of Books of Accounts on Monthly & Quarterly basis.
 Stock Valuation on Monthly Basis.
 Track fund flow of Plant on Daily basis and manage Payable Accounts accordingly.
 Monthly Operation Review data.
Arranging details required for:
 Monthly & Quarterly financial statement
 Advance tax
 GST Return data
Managing:
 Internal Audit conducted by team.
 Statutory Audit & tax Audit
 Vat/GST
 All issues related to TDS
 Receivable & Payable Account.
 Resolve issues of other departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Chartered Accountant/B. Com/M. Com

EXPERIENCE:
 Minimum experience of 10 -12 years in areas of Account & Finance in any reputed industry.

 Good knowledge of accounting standard practices.
 Applicable Direct & Indirect taxes
 Cost control
Behavioral:
 Good in communication skill.
 Analytical Approach.
