Note :
1) Application for no. 1, 3, 5, 6, 7 & 8 must be submitted at least seven (7) working days before employee goes for leave.
2) Employee who has taken emergency leave must submit his/her application form not more than two (2) working days after leave of absence.
Emergency leave is to be deducted from Annual Leave.
3) The employee shall be given a copy of the application form for his/her record.
4) The Management reserves the right to cancel the leave granted at any time, if it is desirable in the interest of the Company that the staff should return for duty.
