Code of Conduct for BCP Games

It is mandatory for all participants to observe the stated code of behavior throughout the event. Violation of the

rules can lead to serious consequences for the team/individual, including possible disqualification from the
competition or BCP Games.
This document must be understood, signed and submitted along with the payment to BCP Games administration
in order to secure your team's place at BCP Games.
Participants must comply with the following rules at all times:

1. A significant proof of COVID vaccination is to be provided by the members on the day of the competition.
2. The judges' decisions are final and no objection by the participants in this regard will be entertained by the
management of BCP Games.

3. Participants must abide by all the competition rules. Any attempt to cheat or gain unfair advantage over other
competitors will not be tolerated.

4. Misrepresentation of data, or any forged information on the official documents is forbidden and will result
disqualification.

6. The use of illegal/harmful substances, like alcohol, drugs or vapes , is strictly prohibited. Similarly, weapons
are not allowed on college premises.

7. Participants must refrain from misbehaving with other participants/management of BCP Games. This includes
but is not limited to the use of foul language, participation in fights and disrespecting others.

8. Unnecessary disturbance on campus is highly discouraged, any participant found guilty regarding any
disciplinary issue will be disqualified and escorted out of the college premises immediately.

9. Participants can be held responsible for trespassing/destruction of college property.

10. Misuse of any information given on the BCP Games social media platforms will have serious implications.

11. Management have full rights to cancel your registration without explaining any reason if you are found guilty.
12. The students participating re required to be in proper kits and shoes.

This code of conduct also establishes that the college is not responsible for any loss of
property/ personal belongings. The management of BCP Games has the right to record
the event through images/videos/newsletters which may be uploaded on social media.

Basketball Rules & Regulations
Matches will be played according to the rules & regulations of FIBA (Federation of International Basketball Amateur)

The Number of Players

A match played by two teams, each consisting of not more than 10 players along with 1 PE and sports teacher as
manager/ coach.

Duration of the play

The tournament matches consists of 2 halves of 10 minutes running time for each half.

Final match will be played in 4 quarters of 7 minutes.

Any agreement to alter the duration of the periods of play must be made before the start of the play and must
comply with the competition rules

Key Notes
 Referees will be from the Basketball association or from a reputed Basketball club and will be professionals &
unbiased, their decision will be final.

 The team is required to be in basketball proper kit. Printed numbers on the back and front of t-shirts with shorts
for boys.

 Names of the players to be submitted to the match referee before the match on the given match

 No change is allowed after the submission of the Performa

 Players will be disqualified after 5 personal fouls

 Teams must bring the own practice basketballs

 Team managers/coaches/PE teachers are responsible of maintaining the discipline

 Unfair play or misbehaves will lead to the disqualification of the team.

Table Tennis Rules & Regulations


 All matches will be played on knockout basis, and losing team will be eliminated from the tournament.

 Each participating school players should be accompanied with one PE Teacher.

 All matches will be played under ITTF & PTTF rules & regulations

 Team event will be played on following format and matches will be best of 3 games.

 Each game will be of 11 points

 The format will be as follows

 1 minute “time out’ will be allowed only once

 Players should have their own playing equipment

 Punctuality of the timings at the venue should be maintained by each person

Futsal Rules & Regulations


 10 players allowed for each team

 6 players aside 4 players in reserve, one of which will be a goalkeeper

 It is expected that each player will have to take a turn being goalkeeper

 Rolling sub, No offside

 No goalkeeper punts, ball must stay below head height, otherwise passion and a free kick will be awarded to the
opposing team

 No throw-ins from the sidelines, instead ball is placed on ground and passed in to a teammate with foot.

 Total 30 minutes for the match and 15 minutes each halftime

 Break time will be of 5 minutes and penalty shootout will be given in case, if the match is a tie.

Cricket Rules & regulations


 Each team would consist of 10 players and four overs.
 One player would do one over.
 Fiber bats are not allowed.
 In case of no ball, a free hit would be given.
 Umpire decision would be final.
 Disrespect towards the referee or opposing team members will lead to disqualification.
 Proper sports kit is a must.

Throwball Rules & regulations
 All teams are required to be punctual and report on time for their scheduled matches.

 A match is of 3 sets.

 The first time to score 11 points wins a set.

 Only the team serving can score a point.

 The service ball must not touch the net.

 Double touch is not allowed for receiving the service ball.

 The ball should not touch any part of the body other than the palm when catching or throwing.

 Two players cannot touch the ball simultaneously.

 The referee’s decision is final.

 Disrespect towards the referee or opposing team members will lead to disqualification.

Snooker Rules & regulations

Snooker is played with 15 red, 6 colored, and 1 cue ball. The goal is to pot a red ball first
followed by a colored ball then red then colored, and so on and so forth. This red-colored
sequence continues until all of the balls have been pocketed. If you fail to pocket the right
ball, then it becomes the opposing players turn. Add up the points using the values listed
below to find out who the winner is.

 Red ball = 1 Point


 Yellow Ball = 2 Points
 Green Ball = 3 Points
 Brown Ball = 4 Points
 Blue Ball = 5 Points
 Pink Ball = 6 Points
 Black Ball = 7 points

Swimming Rules & regulations

Students must:

1. Take a shower and use the restroom before entering the pool.

2. Have their own shower kit, towel, comb etc.

3. Wear swimming caps, goggles, and a complete swimming costume (nose clips are
optional)

4. Wear slippers to go out to the pool.

3. Bring along ORIGINAL School ID Cards and signed Waiver of Liability of all delegates
PLUS the Registration Fee (cash only).

(No School ID card = No Registration)

REMEMBER: REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE COMPLETE ONCE ALL THE ABOVE STEPS HAVE
BEEN FOLLOWED. DEADLINE TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS/PAYMENT IS 12TH
OCTOBER, 2023.
