Executive (TAE) to join our Human Resources team. As a fresher, you will be responsible
for supporting the recruitment process and building strong relationships with potential

Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling
interviews.
● Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company
website.
● Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
● Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural
fit.
