Dear Parents/Guardians,
We hope this letter finds you well. As a school with many achievements and honors we value the
development, growth and education of all our students. We are writing this letter to inform and invite you to
attend a meeting, where we will be discussing your child/ward’s recent academic performances. In this meeting
we will be able to have an open discussion between parents and teachers to voice their opinions and concerns
and also develop solutions to this problem.
The details of this meeting are as follows:
- Monday, March 6,2025. Students with the last names A-M, should show up.
- Tuesday, March 7, 2025. Students with the last names N-Z, should show up.
- The morning session is from 9am to 12pm.
- The afternoon session is from 1pm to 2:30pm.
- These sessions will be held in the auditorium at the school.
NB: We would like if all parents inform us of their attendance by Monday, February 10, 2025.
To ensure a smooth of discussions, we have arranged a list of 8 subjects and teachers and which room will be.
