So here is the most awaited movie of 2011, Dhobi Ghat. So called super star Amir Khan (sorry Aamir Khan) acted and produced, and his todays wife Kiran Rao directed. As usual expectations are high for his fans. They think he does always different things. Even though the Rangde Basanti was remake, Taare zameen par was remake and even he just put his name as director when real director was Amol Gupte of Taare Zameen Par, Ghajani was remake, 3 idiots was again remake of a well-known novel 5 points someone and finally his last Peepli was so shit. Anyways thats different story. Well lets talk about only Dhobi ghat now. There are 4 characters in the movie Arun a painter (Amir Khan sorry Aamir Khan), Munna (Pratiek Babbar), Shai (Monica Dogra) and Yasmeen (Kriti Malhotra). Shai meets Arun and they will spend a night. She meets Munna and she want to be a good friend of Munna. Yasmeen a newly married housewife recorded her thoughts in video cassettes and they will come in Aruns way and he watches them. Munna is a Dhobi. Munna loves Shai. Some snaps of Mumbai slum and poor men. Thats it. Story is over. -5 Thumbs down...... By reading story you might have been already understood that there is no story actually. And that is true. There is not only no story, there is nothing good or bad I can talk about. If anything is there in the movie is only worst part. Whenever Amir Khan (sorry Aamir Khan) comes on the frame he lights up a cigarette and smoke. What the hell Kiran Rao thinks all artists are smokers? Or what she wants to convey? This is real Pathetic. And Shai no character in itself. No relevance in each shot. Very bad editing. More over waste screen play. Irritating acting of all 4 characters. Kiran Rao doesnt know ABCD of direction. Oh my god so much of childish film. Every audience in theatre where scratching their head where the film is going. The only best part of the movie was when they showed The End. After all these, I want to slap Kiran Rao when she says for the character of Arun she screen tested more than 100 people and finally, accidentally Amir Khan (sorry Aamir Khan) asked how if I do this? Then she again screen tested him and found perfect for that crap character. What mister and misses Amir Khan (sorry Aamir Khan) thinks are we fools? Bull shit man. All these are stories, publicity stunts. This movie was done only for an award purpose. Crap man if you want to make an award movie watch Dweepa a Kannada movie which was so beautiful. OR you see all Shyam Benagal movies. All are award movies but you feel, yes something is there. But these kind of movies not eligible for anything other than Shit & F****.

Final Verdict. Dhobi ghat is worst, irritating, stupid, idiot, Third Class, C grade, worthless, crap, and think of all f words and all bad abusing words. All this is Dhobi Ghat. Nothing else. When I saw Tees Mark Khan I thought no one can make a movie worse than this. But I was completely wrong. I would say in comparison with Dhobi Ghat TMK was 1000 times better and fabulous movie. If at all you want to torture someone show them Tees Mark Khan. If you want to kill someone show them Dhobi Ghat. In Kannada one word is so much famous and it suits exactly for this movie. Batte Harkolodu and in Hindi there is word Bakwas.
