DISCLAIMER

• Pressure required at the inlet of Backwash skid main header to be max. – 2.5 kg / cm2
• Dosing pump capacity shall be in excess of 20 % over the chemical flow rate as mentioned in the above Table.
• MHT shall not be responsible for any deterioration in the quality of UF permeate due to chemical precipitation.
• The Cycle Timings mentioned in the above “Operation Philosophy” is based on our past experience and may
require adjustments according to feed water Characteristics.
• Operation shall be through PLC automation with adjustable timer provision in order to change the operation
sequence to suit field condition.
• RO permeate or soft water is to be used for CEB / CIP in case of hard feed water.
• Our design is considering operation /design parameters based on our past experience. If any deviations are made
to our recommended operation / design parameters (available in our technical specification sheet), express
written confirmation to be taken from membrane Hitec (TEAM), without which, any guaranty or warranty will
remain null and void.
