Remark:
1. Definition:
"Major" and "Minor" express different problem levels violating the clauses in the Quality Standard. The detailed definitions are as follows:
Major problems means that the violation of this clause will severely influence the safe running of the equipment, or will affect the personal safety strictly.
Minor problems means the violation of this clause will not influence the normal running of the equipment but may have an impact on the convenience of maintenance operations, etc. It will not influence the
personal safety.
2.Conditions of Issuing ICR
1) The Installation Completion Report (ICR) shall be signed by ethio telecom without any delay when all the items for inspection are passed.
2) Any Minor problem found during the inspection will be recorded as "Pass" in the checklist and shall not affect ethio telecom to accept the installation and sign the ICR, however, such problem shall be
rectified by Huawei within an agreed period.
3) Any Major problem found during the inspection shall be recorded as "fail" in the checklist and shall be rectified by Huawei within an agreed period. The ICR shall not be signed by ethio telecom until
such rectification completed by Huawei and accepted by ethio telecom.

II. Battery Cabinet

The fitting parts should be installed completely and firmly, and should not be shaky.The rack should be installed steadily, without phenomenon of shaking,

III. Battery
