Keep Your Faith Alive

Faith leads you to reverence God. It is your faith that leads you to glorify God.

Even in the midst of your trials, setbacks and difficulties. Do you have faith to give

God everything your heart , soul, mind? Even in the most difficult storms of your life.

Hebrews 11: Heroes of the Faith. God’s Hall of Faith

This is written to the Jews who were brought up under the Old Testament Law of rules,

regulations and sacrifices. It is written for them to fix their eyes on Jesus.

The author of this book is telling them : all these people are great. Not because they

have kept the Law. Bible tells them the record of their sins , their faults and their short

comings , their transgressions . Just know what made them great. It is not the Law.

What made them great is their faith. All of them had gone through these seasons when

storms came, when their situations were bleak. Trials came up against them. World

tried to defeat them. The world forsook them. They kept trusting in God in the midst of

dreadful situations they remain heroes.

What is faith? Faith is a common denominator. Everyone has some level of faith. You

use every single day of your life. When you start to come to the Church on car you will

never think the engine will blow up and destroy you in the car. You just don’t know

who made that engine. The break will stop the car. The steering will steer the car.

We drink coffee, water. You did not have anybody tested for you.
You just drank it with no thought it is dangerous for you. About the Pharmacy : you

don’t even can read the Doctor’s Prescription. You don’t even know what he wrote

down. You simply trust the Pharmacist can read it, you don’t even know what is in the

pills. We take it. We all exercise faith. You never invented the chair but you just trust

the chair holds you up. Where do we place our faith in the Spiritual realm? Religious

people put their faith in doing good deeds. Every religion have their own Books and

gods. Even the Atheists believe there is no god. We, as Christians, Where do we put

our faith? We have to put our faith in Jesus.

Hebrews 11 : 1. Now, faith is sure of what we hope for…..and certain of what we

do not see. First, being sure of what we hope for. Some translations use the word

“Substance for Sure ‘. You look at everything and measure everything and there

comes a moment where everything is settled. We settle on that which we hope for.

Hope in the Greek is “Elpizo”. To expect good things in the future.

We, as Believers are not tied to the Old Testament rules and Laws. We tie our faith to

the hope that Jesus gives us. Our hope ties us to the future of all the things God has in

store for us to love Him. Secondly, We are certain of what we do not see.

How many of us have never seen the brain but believe we have one?

We have never seen gravity. We are certain that it exists.

We have never, ever seen the Holy Spirit. But, we believe in the Holy Spirit.
We have never seen Jesus, God but we believe. We have never seen heaven but we

believe that there certainly is heaven. We believe in Eternity although we did not see.

Not the streets paved with gold. By faith, we believe and is sure , faith is not thinking

that we can manipulate God to do what we wanted to do. Faith is not demanding

prosperity from God nor seeking a life else and blessing . Faith is not a blind leap into

the dark. True faith is being sure. So, I give him everything my heart, my soul , my

mind, my will. That makes me one of the heroes listed in Hebrews 11 . To keep our

faith in God only.

What Faith accomplishes : Faith led Abel to worship God.

Faith is needed to release the Blessing [the Anointing] of God for the Supernatural.

Genesis 1 : 28. This Blessing God used to create the universe and now, He is

placing it on a man. God blessed them.

Faith takes the struggle, failure and toil out of our lives. We have to live by faith.

People worry all night that’s hard on your system. Satan is after in order to control

mankind .He is after your immune system. It does a lot of work for you. When you are

asleep at night, your system is working. Cells are being discharged and renewed. God

meant you to sleep. God took care of you. While you are sleeping, He is cleansing your

body. When your immune system does not work properly, things don’t get cleansed.

To keep the arteries flowing freely, kidneys functioning etc…..Satan comes after the

immune system. Both Spiritual and Natural.

Spiritual Immune System. Psalms 34 : 7. Spiritual Wall of Protection.

Job 1 : 8 - 10. Spiritual Protection.

Psalms 91 : 5 - 10. Immune system is kept by faith.

Faith is the ability of God in us to superimpose the invisible over the visible in this

earth. The moment something manifest

Faith sees what has not manifested yet. It deals with what exists but is not visible.

Faith deals with what exists but what is not manifested.

Hebrews 11 : 1 Amplified Bible.

You are convinced of something you can’t see. Faith perceiving as real fact what is

not revealed to the senses. If you develop faith, what is not real will be more real to

you than what you can see.

John 20 : 24. - 29. Believing is seeing. Jesus said, Because thou hast seen

me, thou hast believed. That is the way you believe. You believe with your natural

mind. But if you are in faith, you can believe with your heart. When you believe in your

heart,something happens.

Luke 1 : 38 , 44. 45v. Blessed is she that believed. For there shall be a

performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.

If you believe , you release the virtue of God for performance. Of whatever Promise He

has given you. What you see, you believe. You have to see what people can’t see.

We are in the world of unbelief.

Romans 4 : 17, 18. Call those things which be not as though they were. ,

20v. He staggered not at the Promise of God through unbelief. , but was strong in

faith, giving glory to God.

21v. Whatever He had promised, He will fulfill.

Read the Word of God again and again. Take it and meditate it. Transform what you

believe by declaring it, saying it,pondering over it. Drop from mind into the heart.

Then it becomes more real to me than my circumstances. My present circumstance:

there is drought in my house. But in my heart I am rich. I have to decree a thing. And it

shall be established. Faith sees what has not been manifested. It deals with what

exists but is invisible.

2 Kings 6 : 14.

The King said to the group of people : Elisha was a Seer. The King sent the people. So

that he can see which way the enemy may come.

15,16v. Fear will not let you see the invisible. Its job is to keep you down in human

condition. To blind the spirit. It does not allow faith to penetrate and see. Fear based

people are down always.

2 Kings 6 : 17 , 18. When did the angels get there ? They were already there.

They were already made and put in the Spirit realm.

God wants us to live in the higher life.

Faith is the ability to superimpose the invisible over the visible. When God saw

darkness , He did not say anything about darkness. God said , Let there be Light. And

the light superimposed over the darkness. That is called faith.

Believing is Seeing. It is first manifested in the heart. Mark 9 : 23
