OUR WORK
Over the past twelve years we have carried out 15 projects to the ultimate satisfaction of
our esteemed client as a Project Management Consultancy service or With material
contracting.
We understand with deep concern the visible and invisible needs of a project and
instead of taking them on, as and when they arise, they are thought of and dealt with it in
initial stages. Though we do agree that some unforeseen problems may arise because
we have to deal with humans and not machines. Our expertise helps us in implementing
a thorough, well planned and co-ordinate approach for selecting the best suitable
alternative for the project.
We believe that only best survive and Quality is the key to best.
PROJECT MANAGMENT.
The entire proposal is divided under separate phases for clear understanding and proper
planning throughout from the beginning of the project to its time bound and satisfactory
completion.
PHASEWISE EXECUTION
Preliminary stage - Cost estimates based on working drawings and bills of quantities,
understanding clients requirements on time and cost frames, so as to workout the cash
flow required. This is followed by phase wise execution of the project from preparation
of tendered document to appointment of contractor to finalization of bills and handing
over the project to the client.
ACHIEVING REQUIRED QUALITY
This part of the project is the gist of all. For this we require meticulous planning and
strict monitoring and control along with clear understanding of final requirements.
Quality standards are related with the two: -
1. Material
2. Execution.
1. Material quality shall be achieved by strict controls exercised through proper
specifications, material approval request, samples and checks at site.
-4-
2. Execution quality is ensured with the help of our technical staff, who meticulously
check the day to day activity on site. Extra attention is given to maintain a safe and
sound environment with emphasis on safety and security for both men and material.
IMPLEMENTATION WITHIN THE COMMITTED TIME FRAME
Men, Machine, Money and Management are the four ‘M’s required to make any project
successful. Depending on the type of the project monitoring is maintained on a daily or
weekly basis. Material procurement schedule based on master program is prepared so
that the material is available as and when required without causing delay in the work
schedule.
COST CONTROL MEASURES
Various steps are proposed to maintain strict vigilance on original cost proposals and
outgoing, to ensure that cost overruns are minimized and eliminated comparing with
actual expenses during the monthly review of financial status.
In civil projects many unknown problems are likely to arise, unforeseen conditions,
Design Changes, modification due to utility requirements may arise which affects smooth
progress of the work. This results in deduction of efficiency and quality for which, it is
tried at the highest level to reduce the same problem.
