Overall 4Yrs of Professional Experience as a HR Executive in Human resource practice. In which, 1 year in

Worked with an Organizational Development (OD) Team in HRD.

Strategic Planning, Strategy Formulation & Implementation:


1. Understanding the Key business issues then Coordinate with Units, BEFs and HR Process
functions to obtain relevant data for analysis for resource allocation details, Unit performance.
2. Data analytics as required for inputs to both HR Strategy for organization as well as OD strategy;
3. Collate and analyze data related to programs [process],
4. Communicate the relevant information and maintain a network of relationships. In order to support
the process of creating and implementing the plan, ensure a timely and appropriate flow of
information as per established organizational protocol.
Organizational Design and Structuring:
1. Collate information on various unit structures and data on spans of control.
2. Provide periodic monthly and quarterly reports on Span of control, Structural data, Org Changes.

Organizational Assessments:

1. Supporting detailed analysis of trends and preparation of reports, providing monthly, quarterly, yearly data for
the various organizational assessments such as Employee satisfaction, Attrition Analysis, Retention Analysis,
Initiative Effectiveness etc.
2. Supporting segment analysis as and when required across the organization by various groups. Ensuring flow of

Employer Branding Initiatives, Internal & External:


1. Provide necessary analytic support for Best Employer Surveys.
2. Support data collection, compiling and creating artifacts for best employer surveys;
3. Coordinate with internal units and departments for required data for the surveys; In order to support the Best
employer branding initiative.

Analytics & Reporting:


1. Conduct statistical analysis and collect data required for org-wide reporting as required. In order to ensure
timely and effective reporting requirements of the organization on the HR Processes metrics.
2. Set up and analyze data required for reporting on a periodic basis by senior management in order to provide an
update of HR process metrics.

Attrition Process - Exit Interview and Attrition Analysis:


1. Conduct exit interviews for junior management roles.
2. Provide data to units on variances and deviations on compliance to the Exit interview process.
3. Analyze and prepare unit and org-wide attrition reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
IN ORDER TO ensure necessary compliance to exit interview process and compliance to process specifications.

HR SYSTEMS:
1. Supporting Units on changes required, solving unit level problems related to relevant IT systems for the OD
process.
2. Contributing to new system testing, generating reports, establishing data set up etc. In order to ensure
availability of HR systems.
