AFFIDAVIT
I, am KRISHNA DE, (Aadhaar No. 5621 7947 8142) daughter of
Mrityunjoy De, by faith – Hindu, by occupation – Housewife, by
Nationality – Indian, residing at A/190, Survey Park, P.O. – Santoshpur,
P.S. – Jadavpur, Kolkata – 700 075, do hereby solemnly affirm and
declare as follows:-

1. That my father Mrityunjoy De died intestate on 08.07.2009
leaving behind myself my elder married sister Anna De and my
only brother Gopal Chandra De and also my mother Niharkana De
as his only legal heirs and successors as per Hindu Succession
Act, 1956.
2. That my mother Niharkana e died intestate on 30.09.2022
leaving behind myself my elder married sister Anna De and my
only brother Gopal Chandra De as her only legal heirs and
successors as per Hindu Succession Act, 1956.
3. That my mother was a pe. nsioner under Survey of India. After
her death being unmarried and unemployed daughter I am
entitled to her pension.
4. That in this regard I hereby declare that I am an unemployed
women.
5. That in this regards I also hereby declare that I am an unmarried
women.
6. That to declare myselmployed and unmarried women I affirm this
affidavit.
That the above statements are true to the best of my knowledge.
