Sanction is hereby accorded to the payment of Superannuation Pension @ Rs. 20,689.00 per
month to Shri SANTOSH KUMAR CHAKRABORTY retired HG SR LINESMAN of WBSEDCL.
In the Event of death of Shri/Smt SANTOSH KUMAR CHAKRABORTY his WIFE / HUSBAND
NAMITA CHAKRABORTY will be eligible for Family Pension @ Rs. per month for a period of 7
years from the date following death of SANTOSH KUMAR CHAKRABORTY or upto 01.10.2012
whichever is earlier and thereafter @ Rs. per month or family pension as set out in the Part - III of
this order till his/her death or remarriage whichever is earlier.
Untill further notice on the expiration of every month WBSEDCL PENSION TRUST be please to pay
Sri/Smt SANTOSH KUMAR CHAKRABORTY pension as set out in Part - II of the order plus the
amount of Dearness Relief as admissible from time to time thereon after due identification of the
pensioner / family pensioner.
The Payment should be commence from 01.10.2012. Income Tax , if any , where deductable
should be at source Relief on Pension is not payable on Employeement / Reemployeement.
Further , Sanction is hereby also accorded to the payment of Gratuity amounting to Rs. 505,757.00 /-
( Rupees FIVE LAKH FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN Rupees ).
