NEET 2021 Application Form – What to Keep Ready Beforehand
It is advisable to keep certain details and documents ready before filling the NEET 2021 application form. This
ensures a smooth registration and application experience along with minimal chances of mistakes. The first thing to
ensure is the usage of the prescribed browser which is also compatible. Other things to keep ready while filling the
NEET application form 2021 are as follows:
1. A valid Mobile Number
2. A valid Email Address
3. Class 10 details and Class 12 details (Marksheet, certificate, school details etc)
4. Correct spelling of Father and Mother's name
5. Aadhaar number (last 4 digits only)
6. Class 12 Roll number issued by the Board/Election Card (EPIC No.), Passport Number, ration card number,
bank account or any other valid Govt. identity number
7. Scanned images of passport-sized photograph, and signature and other documents (if applicable). Details are
given in the table below
8. Credit/Debit card or Net Banking details (for online payment)

NEET 2021 photo size, format, documents and other details: Many applicants were facing the problem of
dimensions while uploading the NEET photo/documents in the application form. In the replica of NEET 2021
application form, NTA has not specified the size of the images required, which in result is not accepting the scanned
images of documents. Therefore, aspirants are advised to use any online tool to create these images or can also use
'paint'. The dimensions to be followed for creating NEET 2021 photo/documents size is mentioned in the table
below.
