Warmest greetings!

This has reference to the Second Barangay Lupon for the


outstanding obligation of some of your constituents which they owe to
the late Pedro A. Lagundi Jr., which is now due and demandable.

The barangay conciliation would give an opportunity for the parties to


settle the dispute peacefully and in order to avoid the inconveniences
of a rigorous court proceeding, while avoiding inconveniences and
