Individuals are expected to keep their rooms neat and tidy.

Sweep and mop floors, pick up laundry,


make bed daily, empty garbage when needed. Wash windows weekly. Every time you take a shower,
you must clean the bathtub after. All surfaces must be disinfected daily.

Floors

 Sweep and mop the hallways, to the kitchen.


 Clean any marks on walls.

Windows

 Clean windows in kitchen, dining and living room.

Conference room and office

 Empty trash cans.


 Sweep and mop floors.
 Wipe down conference table and counter, phones, all surfaces.
 Clean windows in office and conference room once a week.
 Wipe TV down.
 Clean fridge, empty anything expiring.
 Clean any marks on walls.

Bathrooms North hallway

 Toilets: scrub inside and out, including tank, lid, seat and bottom.
 Wipe down mirrors.
 Stock paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, spray, towels.
 Sweep and mop floors.
 Once a week, wipe down walls and trim along floor.
 Clean sink and faucets.
 Empty wastebasket.
 Clean any marks on walls.

Handicap bathroom and powder room

 Toilets: scrub inside and out, including tank, lid, seat and bottom.
 Wipe down mirrors.
 Stock paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, spray, towels.
 Sweep and mop floors.
 Once a week, wipe down walls and trim along floor.
 Clean sink and faucets.
 Empty wastebasket.
 Clean any marks on walls.

Laundry room

 House laundry (towels, bedding, cleaning rags, etc.)


 Wipe down counter, washer and dryer.
 Clean sink and faucets.
 Sweep and mop floor.
 Empty lint trap.
 Take out laundry garbage.
 Keep laundry room organized, including storage and counter.
 Clean any marks on walls.

Living room

 Wipe down leather furniture with appropriate cleaner.


 Vacuum upholstered furniture.
 Wipe down TV.
 Wipe down all surfaces, including tables and counter.
 Fold blankets and put away.
 Sweep and mop living room, kitchen and dining area.
 Water plants.
 Clean any marks on walls.

Kitchen

 Clean all counters. Move everything on counters and clean underneath.


 Wipe down cabinets, counters, fridge, stove, ceiling fan, fan above stove.
 Wipe down microwave inside, out and underneath.
 Wipe down all small appliances (toaster, coffee pot, mixers, etc.)
 Organize pots, pans and drawers.
 Once a week, empty food in fridge.
 Keep fruit bowls stocked and tidy.
 Rinse any dishes in the sink and put them in the dishwasher.
 Clean sink inside and out.
 Wash dish drainer.
 Wash back splash behind stove.
 Wipe down the walls and floor under/behind wastebasket.
 Clean any marks on walls.

Kitchen trash/recycling

 Empty kitchen trash when full. (Daily, if necessary)


 Take out recycling.
 Keep wastebaskets and recycling containers clean, inside and out.
 Clean off dining table and chairs after meals.

Basement

 Sweep and mop floor.


 ???
Dishes

 Wash all dishes and put away.


 Pots and pans must be washed by hand.
 Wipe off kitchen counters after all dishes are done.
