Chapter 1
ODESSA*
"Get her! Get her!! Don't let her escape!" I could hear Alpha Kane's distant roar,
beckoning the other wolf members of the pack.
I sprinted through the forest, my four legs pumping furiously as I fled for my
life. The thought of returning to the pack after this failed escape attempt filled
me with dread.
Fueled by fear of the worst, I summoned every last fiber of strength and ran. Three
relentless wolves, their snarls and snapping jaws closing in, pursued me with
ruthless determination.
I refused to stop. I kept running, adrenaline pumped by desperation. As I fled, one
of the wolves closed in, jumping and swiping its claws across my flesh. The razor-
sharp talons tore open my skin, and blood gushed out, but I didn't falter. Pain
seared through my body, yet I pressed on.
Another wolf soon gained ground, launching itself at me. Its weight crushed me, but
I reacted instinctively. I clawed at its face, rolled it’s body off, and continued
my frantic escape.
The third wolf held on to my hind feet, but I quickly tore its grip away and
continued running. As I advanced into the thick of the forest, I stole a glance
backward and it seemed I had begun to lose them. But I didn't stop running.
In my haste, I stumbled over a rock and fell. I attempted to get up immediately,
but Beta Luca had sprawled his feet over me, pinning me down. I struggled to break
free, but I couldn't. He was too strong and had overpowered me.
It seemed he had been hiding somewhere in the forest, preparing a snare and waiting
for me to run straight into his trap.
“You can run from a bunch of hungry, senseless werewolves, but you can’t run from a
wise one” He said.
I still struggled, but it was all fruitless. It didn't take long before the other
wolves arrived. They growled and snarled hungrily at me. They kept coming closer,
their jaws snapping mere inches from my face.
The Beta released me to them, and they pounced, attacking me with ferocity. They
tore at my flesh, ripping open wounds that left me screaming in agony. The beating
didn't stop until the Alpha arrived.
"Enough!" he commanded, his voice thundering through the clearing.
The wolves retreated immediately. But by this time, I was too weak to get up and
run. The Alpha grabbed me by the neck and lifted me, his grip firm, strong, and
suffocating.
For a moment, I wished he would snap my neck and end my suffering. But no, he
wouldn't. For some reason, he wanted to keep me, enslave me, and use me. His
motives were a mystery, but his grip was all too real.
“ Odessa Flynn”
“Y-y-yes Alpha.”
“ANSWER ME WHEN I CALL YOUR NAME!”
“ Odessa Flynn?”
“Yes Alpha.”
“You have violated my orders once again. Do you know what that means?”
“ D-d-death Alpha” I stammered.
“No”He said, letting out a cruel chortle.
“Don’t worry, soon you’ll know what it means.”
He squeezed my neck even harder than before, and threw me over to the other wolves.
“Take her to the dungeon. Tie her up. Don’t provide her food or water and if you
let her escape, I’ll find each one of you, and I’ll make sure I deal with you. By
that I mean torture to death.”
The wolves did as they were instructed without any hesitation for fear of incurring
the wrath of the ruthless Alpha.

“Drop your wolf so we can tie you up.” Said one of the werewolves that had shifted
back to his human and clothed before we arrived at the dungeon.
I snarled back.
“Don’t make me say it again.”
I resisted and challenged. Out of anger and frustration, I drew a claw across his
cheeks and left a deep crimson line from which blood dripped to his chin.
I had enraged them all. But I had nothing to lose. He shifted back to his wolf and
at once they all attacked me, letting out their anger and rage on my wolf. I was
ready to give up.
I let out a soft howl and they released me. I dropped my wolf and stood there. A
naked, young lady. The omega of the Red moon pack.
They both went out and came in almost immediately but they were clothed.
“Filthy rag. You wretched beast.” This was the one whom I had clawed.
Here, I refused to fight or respond as I was powerless before three men.
“Why are you staring at us. Omegas like you don’t deserve to be clothed.”
They tied me up having noticed, I was calm and wouldn’t respond to any of their
remarks. Somewhere within me, I sincerely hoped that they did not go beyond
violence and insult.
But I caught the stare of one, lust dancing over his eyes.
“Bastard! You have no shame.” I barked as I spat on his face.
He advanced in rage but the others held him back.
“Let her go.”
He ignored the caution from the werewolf that appeared but to be the strongest of
them. He kept coming forward.
He let out a flying fist but it was caught by the one that cautioned earlier.
“I said let her go.”
