HSIIDC PROCESS
General Process for Land Allotment by HSIIDC
Register on HSIIDC portal and pay Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for participating in e-auction
E-auction takes place after the end of registration period
After conclusion of e-Auction, winners of respective rounds to deposit the stipulated money before Last Date and Time
Highest bidder shall be required to remit an amount equivalent to 10% of his quoted bid amount within 72 hours after completion
of e-auction by way of online payment (after adjustment of EMD deposited by the highest bidder)
In addition to the above payment, highest bidder to furnish certain documents
After acceptance of the bid by the Competent Authority, Regular Letter of Allotment (RLA) will be issued in favour of successful
bidder
Allottee will be required to deposit another 15% of the quoted bid amount within 30 days of the date of Regular Letter of
Allotment
General Process for Land Allotment by HSIIDC
After the above payments i.e., payment of 25% of the price of the plot/site, the allottee will have the following payment options
The allottee to deposit the balance 75%
amount in lumpsum without interest within
