1. DISTRIBUTION. E-4 flying organizations will obtain sufficient copies of this pamphlet through
their Flight Manuals Control Office (FMCO).

2. CHANGES. Recommendations for change to this publication will be submitted via letter or e-mail
to the 1 ACCS/CCV Lead DATA Operator OPR.

3. APPLICABILITY. The questions in this volume apply to DATA Operator who fly on the E-4
aircraft. This volume will be used as the source for closed book written examination questions IAW
the guidance contained in AFI 11-202V2/AFGSC SUP 1/AFMAN 11-2E4V2.

4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This MQF will be used as the source for closed book examinations effective
1 April 2019.

5. CONTENT. There are 100 questions in this MQF that are based upon information DATA Operator
must be able to recall immediately to successfully perform their duties.
