In reference to above, M/s Numaligarh Refnerr Project Siding(Pvt/BG) at Numaligarh, Dist-Golaghat
(Assam) under TSK division is opened for handling of outward and inward POL trafc vide Commercial
Circular under reference – (i). Presentlr less than 10 BTPN rakes per month handled at NMGS Siding.
NRL has again requested for extension of 12hrs dar siding operaton i.e. from 06.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs. for
further period vide their leter reference (iii) so that organizaton in optmal management of resources
and improved planning.
Now, the Competent Authoritr has decided to notfr the working hours of Numaligarh Refnerr project
Siding (Pvt/BG)(NMGS) at Numaligarh from 06.00hrs to 18.00hrs for handling only BTPN
inward/outward rake for further period of 6(six) months onlr w.e.f.01.10.2021 to 31.03.2022 repeat up
to 31.03.2022. But anr BTPN raki arrivid at 18.00 hrn (duriog oight) ari to bi rifiivid at NMGS as
discussed during the meetng on 23.09.2019 held at NFR HQ with NRL authoritr. The above notfcaton
is issued on the basis of Board’s leter under reference – (ii).
