INTRODUCTION

1.1 Background of the Study

Lunar’s Bakery - Antipolo Cathedral Branch is a Donut bakery shop company that has been
operating successfully for 34 years. As the company expanded its product range and customer
base, the existing manual inventory management system has proven to be increasingly
inadequate This traditional approach to inventory management is prone to errors, time-
consuming, and does not provide real-time data, leading to lost sales opportunities,
overstocking, and understocking of products.

The primary objective of this study is to develop and implement an Online Sales and
Inventory Management System that leverages barcode scanning technology to address these
challenges effectively. By incorporating barcode scanners into the system, for Mojacko
Donut By Lunar’s Bakery - Antipolo Cathedral Branch aims to streamline its inventory
operations, reduce human errors, enhance the accuracy of stock data, and improve overall
operational efficiency.

In today's fast-paced business environment, efficient inventory management is essential for


companies to remain competitive. An effective inventory management system streamlines
operations, reduces costs, and ensures accurate tracking of products. This study introduces
"An Online Sales and Inventory Management System Using Barcode Scanner" designed
specifically for Mojacko Donut By Lunar’s Bakery Antipolo Cathedral Branch to enhance its
inventory management processes.
1.2 Problem and objectives of the study

The business uses a manual method that is time-consuming and inconvenient for managing
inventories

● It's possible that the study didn't take user adoption difficulties into account. The
effectiveness of the new system may suffer if some employees have trouble adjusting.
● This study won't take into account order tracking.

● Company - The company can automate routine tasks to save time and cut down on
manual errors.

eliminating the need for manual labor that is repetitive.

In today's highly competitive and dynamic retail landscape, promoting and marketing
strategies play a crucial role in the success of a business. Music store particularly,
facing unique challenges due to the continues evolving music industry and changing
consumer preferences. This study introduce "Tuning into customers: A Strategic
approach to promote a music store" is a designed to promote an effective strategy
that is easily to catch up of their audience and to tune their preferences,

Twinkle john music and sports store has been in business for over 6 years. and as
time passed, they noticed that their income decreased due to the increase in the
number of sellers who were similar to what they were selling. One of the reasons for
the decline in their income is the use of new technologies for the promotion of their
products. "tuning into customers: A Strategic approach to promote a music store
using online marketing system" this study aims to create a website where a store can
easily promote their products. a website that will showcase not only the products but
also the services they provide.

1.2 Problem and objectives of the study


1.2.1 General Problem

Twinkle John Music and sports store has been in business for over 6 years. and as
time passed, they noticed that their income decreased due to the increase in the
number of sellers who were similar to what they were selling and also just only
having a Facebook page the customers is not updated in the latest promo sales or
new stocks supplies because of the page is having a spam or plenty post that’s why
the old post is not showing in upper front of the page and Despite the importance of
promoting and make marketing strategy, there still a lack of focused specifically on
tuning into customers and implementing a strategic approach. This research aims to
bridge the gap and insights on how can align their promotion strategies to their
customers needs and desire.

1.1.1 Specific Problem

● Lack of customers insights: the store struggles to gather detailed information


about their target customer, such as their preferences and genres that affect
to tailor promotional effort to meet their needs and desire.

● Competition from other music store: the store competitors offer similar or
better product on services at a lower price with added benefits and also adopt
of the new era of marketing.

● Evaluation of customers satisfaction: the store wasn't able to provide a


platform for the consumers to give feedback and evaluation to the store.

● Modern services offered: the store offered services in a traditional way, they
dont have any digital servicing that can boost and promote their store

To create and develop a Website in Twinkle John Music and Sports Store this
system will help this business to promote and to convey meaningful information to
the visitor so they can take the next action and It should be easy for visitors to find
what they’re are looking for on the website, and It will be interactive and provide
useful content. Visually appealing, easy to use and clear direction and to ultimately
drive business growth and to identify the effective strategies and techniques to
promote the store by conducting comprehensive marketing plan using a website
platform to maximize the store visibility and boost the revenue in industry.

● Make an online platform that gain insights into customers preferences and
browsing behavior.

evident. This research project addresses the critical requirement for the
implementation of a secure and user-friendly patient login system within a clinical
setting.

With 15 years of dedicated service in the healthcare industry, the Marrero-Acop


Multi-Specialist Clinic has established itself as a trusted healthcare institution.
Currently, the clinic manages a consistent ward population of five patients while
maintaining the flexibility to accommodate varying numbers of patients in the
Emergency Room (ER) based on capacity. As part of its commitment to
delivering patient-centered care and adapting to the evolving healthcare
landscape, the clinic recognizes the imperative of implementing a patient login
system for efficient record management.

In light of the unique characteristics of the clinic's patient demographics and the
dynamic nature of ER admissions, this research study seeks to explore the
feasibility and impact of introducing a patient login system. Additionally, it will
address concerns related to data security, regulatory compliance, and the
potential to enhance both patient experience and operational efficiency within the
Marrero-Acop Multi-Specialist Clinic.
