Charity Fest

Proposal
Head Council 2024-25
ISWK [Cambridge] Charity Fest Proposal
We are thrilled to propose the ISWK [Cambridge] Charity Fest, an initiative hosted at the ISWK
Primary ground to unite students, families, and friends from our community in support of charitable
causes. This event will run from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and welcome students from other schools.
Attendees will receive colour- coded wristbands to distinguish ISWK [Cambridge] students (0.200
OMR) and external students (0.300 OMR) for better crowd management. With carefully chosen
venues and a wide array of activities, we aim to create a well-organised and enjoyable experience for
all.

Each class section from Grade 3 to A Levels (excluding council members with specific duties) will
contribute to the fest by setting up one game and one food stall each. Teachers will guide each
section to ensure the stalls are impactful, engaging, and well-prepared, all aligned with the fest’s
charitable goals.

Token System

To simplify transactions and reduce cash handling at each stall, the event will operate on a Token
System. Guests can exchange cash for tokens at designated booths, available in denominations of
100bz, 200bz and 500bz. These tokens can be used across all stalls and activities, ensuring a quick,
easy, and secure way to enjoy the event. Tokens must be clipped by teachers once they are used to
prevent recirculation.
