EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The business name shall be called Tausi uniform centre. It shall be a sole proprietor form of

business located in Wiga centre at Homabay, near St Dominic Secondary school. The site has

adequate security, good infrastructure, ready market, good transportation and communication

system.

The business has a ready market, being that a lot of schools are within the business` vicinity

and such there would be a great demand for school uniforms. Also, churches within the area

requires to be kitted, that is, choir members, youth groups, general church decorations and

upholstery among others.

The venture intends to engage a number of key employees in to aid in the actualization of the

business` objective. These shall include the managing director, production manager,

designers, accountant, driver, cashier, security officer and a tailor.

The production will be on daily basis depending on the already designed and valid job card.

The business will be opening from 8:00am to 6:30pm. The business shall obtain its products

from manufacturing companies and ensure that they are of good quality.

I intend to invest a start-up capital of 400,000 which will be acquired as follows; 200,000

from own savings, 100,000 from donor funds, 50,000 from grants and 50,000 from family

contributions.
