Hi Neighbor!

My name is Dominique Anderson and I live in the home adjacent to your backyard. I am excited to inform you

of plans to [finally] replace our shared fence! Our fence is in terrible shape and continues to deteriorate.

Unfortunately, there are several trees growing in the Northwest corner of your property preventing the

installation of a new fence. The trees in this area abut the property line, are growing through the current

fence, and add so much pressure that they are causing the fence to lean/buckle as the trunks and branches

push through the fence. I fear investing in a new fence, only to have it damaged in undue time. I believe the

trees planted in this area were planted too close to the fence and will continue to cause unnecessary damage

to any fence installation. Ideally, I would like the trees in this corner completely removed or cut down to

prevent future encroachment.

My goal is to have a new fence installed in January 2024, at the latest. I hope this is sufficient time to discuss

resolutions and prepare for any financial obligations involved in maintaining your property’s vegetation. I also

hope that by contacting you directly we can avoid the involvement of the West Airport Homeowners

Association and resolve this issue as neighbors. Enclosed are pictures showing the area of concern and below

is my contact information. I look forward to hearing from you.

Best,

Dominique Anderson
