Belimed Sink units are built to meet various needs within Sterile Reprocessing Department. They are designed
for CSSD sorting, manual prewash and preparation of surgical Instruments.

Standard Processing Sinks

The units can be selected with 1,2 or 3 sinks combined with different lengths, fixed height of 900mm or
electric height adjustable from 840 – 1050mm. The sink units come preconfigured including 1,2 or 3 sinks with
the size of each (WxDxH) 600x500x300mm. Made from high grade stainless steel. Desktop made in sandwich
construction to reduce the noise emission when handling the instruments.

Protection and exhaust system fort the manual cleaning and processing of
medical products.
Aerosols can endanger our health. As the particles are so small, they can
pass through the human respiratory filter system and can then enter the
blood circulation.
With Aerosol Protect the potential contaminated air is vented through a
HEPA filter, and the danger of breathing health damaging aerosols is

Water and Air Gun (single delivery )

Description
The Air and Water Gun is developed cleaning with water or drying with air of Surgical

Cleaning of surgical and dental instruments

Belimed ultra sonic cleaners are used for professional applications in all fields in which high cleaning
standards must be achieved within the shortest possible time scale, i.e. in the medical, dental, chemical and
pharmaceutical sectors.
Belimed ultrasonic cleaners with Sweep System Technology offers the best performance available from
ultrasonic cleaning equipment. The state-of-the art generator incorporates a
special ultrasonic oscillator using sweep system technology. The frequency
from the ultrasonic generator operates around a central frequency of 39 kHz
and the transducers shift between 38 and 40 kHz.

Belimed LumiClean Ultrasonic cleaner

Belimed LumiClean is an ultrasonic bath specially designed to connect up to 12 instruments with lumens. It
technology provides high cleaning efficacy in hard-to-access locations of instruments such as holes,
articulations and joints. Two models are available, one with stainless steel cabinet for detergents and the
other to be placed and used on top of a worktable.

Product Features and Benefits

▪ Integrated flow-control monitoring for each connected

instrument. Guaranteeing reliable cleaning results and
prevents instrument malfunction.

▪ Individual instrument examination. The machine

indicate and determines whether an individual
instrument is rinsible or not.

▪ Suction rinsing function. Removes soiling against the

direction of penetration, while fresh cleaning solution
takes its place. This avoids unnecessary contamination
of the rear lumen parts of the instruments. The removed Belimed LumiClean Cabinet
contamination moves through the adapter into the
exchangeable filter, rather than back into the bath fluid.

▪ Connection of instruments without change of seal. The

seal has an innovative torsion principle that guarantees
complete fluid-tightness against the outer shaft of the
instrument. A maintenance-related exchange of the
seals is necessary after more than 500 load cycles.
Because of the user-friendly adapter design the
exchange of the seals can be applied without any tools.

Steam jet cleaner

The steam jet cleaner is ideal for the manual pre-cleaning of medical instruments.
The hand piece is equipped with a Luer Lock connector so that hollow
instruments can be fixed to the hand piece and easily be pre-cleaned or
processed inside.
Cleaning with the steam jet cleaner DOES NOT replace the processing of
instruments in a washer disinfector (WD).
The stainless-steel surface of the casing can easily be kept hygienically
clean.
The pressure tank can be filled by hand through the filling duct on the unit
top, or automatically by Means of a pump from the tap or from a canister.
The unit gives a visual warning when the pressure tank has run empty. It
also indicates when the pressure tank must be decalcified. An integrated
decalcification program with easy-to-carry out steps makes this a simple
job.

The steam jet cleaner is easy to operate, all functions are selected and
activated by turning and pressing a button. The unit automatically switches
to energy saving Eco mode (3 bar) in case the units were not used within a
programmed time.

The Steam jet cleaner includes the following features:

The Disinfection spray gun unit is the proper tool for surface
disinfection and for cleaning and disinfection of larger items, like
loading trolleys, transport trolleys, containers and so on.
The Disinfection spray gun unit is an wall-mounted unit,
including holder for 2 detergents. For operation of Cleaning,
Rinsing, Sanitizing processes.
Disinfection spray gun units can be operated with normal water
pressure with max temperature of 60°C . Equipped with adjustable
spraying nozzle and 15 m tube. Works on normal water pressure.

The packaging table can be with lower drawer into the sink assembly. The packaging tables 1600
width can be equipped with one drawer left or right. The other tables can hold drawers left and right.

The drawer for container reduces the lifting of trays into

the container. With this feature the trays can be just

Pouchmaker
The fully automatic pouch production machine BELSEAL POUCHMAKER 80/80-V combines a film reel dispenser
and a heat sealing device to automatically produce sterile goods pouches from standard reels of film in the

The universally applicable storage system allows for the perfect storage of replacement instruments/ scissors
of different sizes within the CSSD. The scissor storage cupboards in the instrument storage systems are
adjusted to your particular needs and finished according to the requirements of medically used furnishings -

The paper trolley is designed to store wrapping paper clearly. Completely
made of high quality stainless steel (AISI 304) the trolley is equipped with four

Height Adjustable Loading Trolley

Movable shelving systems

For high storage volume the easy to install shelving system provides
high capacity on small space. The usable storage surface is almost
double compared with regular standard shelves on the same footprint,
because the space between the shelves in a conventional system
suddenly becomes valuable storage space.

There are no installations necessary at building side. Floor rails are

placed at the desired position and end buffers guarantee safe and easy
operation. On roll bars either regular shelves or container racks - or a
combination of both - are placed for maximum flexibility. Furthermore

What’s the Difference Between a Water Softener and a Reverse Osmosis System?
Reverse-osmosis (RO) systems reduce inorganics and organics and water softener reduce calcium and
magnesium (hardness) in your water.
RO systems use a semi-permeable membrane to filter your water, reducing contaminants and minerals, which
are flushed down the drain. Water softeners use ion exchange to replace minerals that cause your water to
be hard with sodium or potassium, making your water soft. Water softeners are usually installed at a single
point-of-use and RO Systems are used for the whole CSSD or TSSU.

Can I Use Both of These Systems?

Absolutely. In fact, a water softener will protect the reverse osmosis membrane and make it last longer. The water softener
will soften water throughout your installation, providing benefits for your pipes, appliances, pumps and heating systems.
The reverse osmosis system can be installed in the technical area of your department to provide purified water at a
separate tap in prewash area and to your washers and sterilizers. Depending on what’s in your water, you may need an
additional whole-house system to treat other contaminants.

The Belimed Multi dosing system is the industry’s first plug-n-play distribution system for bulk chemistry. The
system utilizes industry recognized peristatic pumps and controller with a patent pending auto filling reservoir
to eliminate the handling and transport of harsh chemical concentrates. The modular design of
the Multi dosing allows the system to readily adapt to your chemical distribution requirements. The Multi
dosing system minimizes chemical waste, eliminates washer down time, eliminates handling of harsh
chemical and concentrates and improves workplace safety.
