Products Description:
WINTOP-ESL is an epoxy based self-levelling floor topping compound consisting of four components viz. WINTOP SL-ER ,
WINTOP SL -EH hardener, WINTOP - CP colour paste and Aggregate SL-200 filler. A two component epoxy primer, WINTOP
EP OR EPW is suggested for coating on thoroughly cleaned substrate prior to application of self levelling compound.

Application Methods:
Joints Treatment- Joints in substrate should be maintained while floor topping with WINTOP-ESL is done. WINTOP-ESL
should be used only on high strength substrates. New concrete should be cured for minimum 28 days.
Surface Preparation - All surfaces must be sound, clean, dry, free from oil, grease, cement laitance and all loosely adhering
particles. Basic Concrete floor defects such as voids, bug holes, excess porosity, and physical and chemical damage are
usually filled or repaired prior to the installation of the Floor coating system with specially formulated High strength, Non

used to level, smooth and patch damaged surfaces. Old Concrete surfaces: Surface contaminations, e.g. oil, paint and
rubber or any other contaminations should be removed and adequate mechanical preparation carried out to achieve a
sound and stable surface When clear of all surface contamination, the concrete should be prepared mechanically to
remove all laitance and expose a fresh surface. After surface preparation all loose debris and dirt should be removed by
vacuum machine
Primer application - Use the primer as recommended for specific use. Mix components of WINTOP-PR primers in
proportion as recommended. Once mixed, primer should be immediately applied in a thin, continuous film using stiff
brush/ roller or trowel. Porous floors may require two coats of primer. Primer should be allowed to cure sufficiently,
normally 6 – 18 hrs, prior to application of WINTOP-ESL.
Application of WINTOP-ESL
WINTOP-ESL is supplied in pre weighed four components ready to use on site. Preferably use slow speed electric stirrer for
mixing component. First mix WINTOP–ESL-ER (Resin) with WINTOP-CP (Colour-Pigment) in a mixing vessel until uniform
colour is obtained. Then add WINTOP-ESL-EH (Hardner) and stir well. Finally add Aggregate SL-200 and stir until a
homogeneous mixture is obtained. Spread WINTOP-ESL mixture on the prepared surface by using toothed trowel or comb.
The thickness should be approx. 1mm or 2 mm. After approx. 10 minutes, use spiked roller to remove entrapped air. Allow
floor topping to cure for 2 to 7 days at room temperature before use. Depending upon the size of the trowel, thickness can
be adjusted from 1 mm to 2 mm.

Cleaning of Tools
Tools and equipment contaminated with liquid WINTOP-ESL or Primer can be cleaned with Cleaner EP or
suitable solvent. Cleaning should be done before it starts to gel or harden.
Safety and Handling
Use gloves, goggles and barrier cream. Avoid contact with skin. Ensure adequate ventilation during application.

Storage and Shelf Life
Winone Polymer Technology. products should be stored in well ventilated place. The area of storage shall be
covered protecting the material from direct sunlight. The shelf life of these products shall be one year from the
date of manufacture in sealed unopened container.
