CONSENT AFFIDAVIT
I, Sudha Pravin Pillai, age about 46 years, adult, Hindu
Indian Inhabitant of Thane residing at Samadhan Niwas, Near Durga
Mandir, Majiwada, Thane Maharashtra - 400601, the Petitioner
abovenamed, do hereby solemnly declare that what is stated
in, the Mother of the deceased and Mother in law of the Petitioner
abovenamed, Indian Inhabitant of thane, Residing at: Samadhan Niwas, Near
Durga Mandir, Majiwada, Thane, Maharashtra -400601., being the Mother and
Natural guardian of the minor son viz. Suvin Pravin Pillai of deceased
abovenamed, do hereby state and declare on solemn affirmation as under:-
1. I say that I aware that the above named Late Pravin
Chandrashekhar Pillai, who died at Thane (West), on
18th October 2023. as intestate.
2. I say that I have filed above named Petition for heirship
certificate in the Hon’ble High Court Bombay in my capacity as
widow of the deceased.
I say that I being mother and natural guardian of the Suvin Pravin
Pillai. I hereby waive the service of citation upon me and accord
my full free consent to the grant of heirship certificate without
justifying any share in their estate of the deceased above named. I
also hereby waive the citation of the petition being served upon me
as mother and natural guardian Suvin Pravin Pillai. I say that I
have no conflict of interest to the interest of Suvin Pravin Pillai.
That I undertake to indemnify if the share of said Suvin Pravin
Pillai in the estate of the deceased is affected, contrary to the
intention of the said deceased.
I say that whatever stated here is true to my knowledge and belief
and I believe same to be true.
