I, Harsh Sudhakar Sutar, residing at Sion,Mumbai, hereby authorize and appoint Mr. Sanjay Kharat, residing at
Bhandup, as my representative and agent to act on my behalf in obtaining all necessary documents and
permissions required for the processing of working capital finance and permission for a Third Party Collateral
funding from Mr. Ravindra Zagade.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which Mr. Harsh Sutar will arrange
funds for Mr. Ravindra Zagade, utilizing third-party collateral provided by Mr. Zagade.
Mr. Sutar will use the funds for his construction projects and will be responsible for the funds, with assurance
provided by mortgaging his construction project.
2. Collateral Arrangement
Collateral Provided:
Mr. Zagade will arrange third-party collateral to secure the funding required.
Valuation and Assessment:
The value of the collateral will be assessed by a mutually agreed-upon appraiser. The valuation report will be used to
determine the amount of funding that can be arranged.
3. Funding Arrangement
Disbursement:
Mr. Sutar will arrange and disburse funds against the collateral provided by Mr. Zagade. The total amount disbursed
will be shared equally between Collateral owner and Mr. Zagade.In which the surplus amount/merit amount will be
utilized by Mr. Sutar.
4. Responsibilities
Mr. Zagade’s Responsibilities:
To ensure that the third-party collateral is accurately presented and valued,has no litigations.
Will be responsible for the utilization and repayment of the funds received on his part.
Mr. Sutar’s Responsibilities:
To arrange and disburse the funds against the collateral.
Will be responsible for the usage of his portion of the funds for his construction projects.
Shall provide construction projects as mortgage guarantee,to secure the funds utilized
