Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. With a heavy heart, I am writing to formally resign from my
position as SK Councilor of Barangay Malasin, effective November 2023.
This decision has not been an easy one, as my time serving the youth and the community
has been both a privilege and an invaluable learning experience. However, due to personal reasons
and career commitments, I am no longer able to fulfill my responsibilities to the best of my abilities.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you, my fellow councilors, and the
constituents of Barangay Malasin for the support, trust, and opportunity to serve. It has been an
honor to be part of initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of our youth and the community as a
whole.
Thank you once again for your understanding and support. I wish the council continued
success in its endeavors.
