N. MAKING SPORTS AS HABIT


A.PERSONAL SPORTS INVENTORY

While engaging my self to different sports my body felt


energized. My blood flow became normal and my heart beat too. I
learned that sports plays a big role in our lives specifically to our
body because sports enables our skills, our talents and our body
to move.

There are tiring moments but when you enjoy


the spoert that you are doing at the end you will just say all are
worth it. The fats and calories that has been burn and the
socialization that is been enhanced helped me to become more
friendly and well minded about my life style because health is
wealth.

To sum it up the sports that I have been engaged


with helped me to become aware of my health and my body
figure. I was also got inspired to do better.To have the body figure
I wanted and to improve my confidence and love my self as well.
B.UNDERSTANDING PERSONAL MOTIVATION

Upon the sports activity one of the hindrances that I


have been encounter is the lack of self motivation.This kind of
hindrance is the most difficult to handle because you will work on
your self because no body can do it for you.

I probably validate peoples judgements towards my


body figure that I was insecure tha most.However through
believing in my self and telling my self that I can do it, I started to
love sports step by step, little steps until I could do more. Change
for my body figure and for my self to prove that all judgements
that has been thrown became my inspiration to do so.

To sum it up, its okay to feel low in sometimes but we


must always remember that if we let our selves be stuck on the
situation that people put as in we will do nothing.We may not see
progrees at the start but always trust the process as we trust our
selves.

C.FITNESS BENEFITS OF SPORTS


Sports has a lot of benefits people may not see it
but we should.Specially it plays a big part in our lives. Some
made it as entaertainment, for fun, for enjoyment and many more.

For a student like me, sport is way of engaging


ourselves in physical activities that helps our body to be physically
fit.This also allow us to socialize and have fun while s=we are
coping new talents and skills that we discovered as we old. Our
body became regulated and avoided in sedentary life style. It also
make us healthy and well being.

To sum it up sports isn’t just for game or ,money.It


is also for people who loves sports as their foundation of love,
confidence, socialization and as a career path.
D. MENTAL-EMOTIONAL BENEFITS OF SPORTS

Aside from physical improvement sport also can


be complex. Some psychologist recoment sports for theraphy for
mentall illness and other mental conditions.

When we divert our senses into sports the stress


will be released and our mind relaxes thatb will help our selves to
become calm before doing something. When we are angry, sad or
even happy we ca play sports through that sports will become our
stress reliever.

Being concioys in things that we do will


strees ouer minds specially when we focused on
failure,mistakes and lackings. That’s why we need to
divert our attentiuon so that we will have clear minds for
everyday lives
E. MANAGING RISK REALTED TO SPORTS

When we engage ourselves to sports we should expect


things or routines from easy to hardest. That’s why we need to
assess ourselves on how heavy or how far our body can be use.

Warm up routines will help our body to become ready in


sports that we will do. It lessen the risk of over using our body and
shock of body muscles.Also we can do cool down after playing
sports so that our body will be relaxed and the blood flow and
heart rate will be back to normal state.
F.SOCIAL IMPACT TO SPORTS

Through sports we are not just having fan or


enjoying it also incluse socializing. Most of sports that has
a required number of players or members team should be
ccoperative and tha connection will start.

We will socialize specially when


communicating. The form of this is to give or create circle
of people that will aim on one goal but the same
members.Socializations happens connections will,last.
G.ADDRESSING BARRIERS

In playing sports there will always be a barriers


for players and the people around. By addressing the we
can formulate solutions that will make our playing better.

Barriers also includes personal barriers. To


addrerss those we need guidance in order to generate
possible solutions so that application of solutions will be
easy. We will not just address we also generate and
formulate solutions so that we will over come barriers
properly and accordingly.
H. THE ROLES OF SPORTS

The rols of sports is for human beings. Sports


helps individual much more than the physical self alone.It
builds character teaches and develiops strategic
thinking ,leadership skills, goal setting and risk taking.

This matter the most specially this includes


people. Aside from it strengthen bone and muscles nad
improve academic performance .Also this refelect on
society values and they are significant contributor as well.
I.SPORTS AS AN AGENT FOR SOCIAL CHANGE

This allowing us to emhance our skills, improve our health,


anmd well being. Develop social connection and cohesion.That
affects our community and contributes in shaping our world.

This arises competitions,teach morality, integrity and


compassion. Both boy and girl and boy has the same effect on
the society as they play.
J.SPORTING BEHAVIOR
Sport behavior is the most important key for discipling
our actions.Specially we arenot always gain the winner
crown. This includes sportsmanship, accepting defeat nor
win.

Each player should posses that sportsmanship


because it will help each one of us to be humble an well
disciplined. Don’t be mad when we loos because there
will always a place for improvement. We can try again
and do better.

K.CHANGING SPORTS BEHAVIOR


We csn change but should be for the better. Cool our
selevs and our minds to avoid possible consequences that
will ruin the sports or game.

Try to assess the situations, ask for guidance and


analyze the behavior. We can never decide when we are mad
because our minds is occupied or invaded by our thoughts
or feelings such as overwhelming or sad informations.

L.SPORTS FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH

Not all people can play sports because of different


situations and capabilities. Those who has medical
conditions aren’t allowed or requied to join to avoid the
trigger points of their conditions.

Hence there are mild or easy to moderate sports that


can be played by special people. This is to show the proper
and fair treatment with normal and special people.

M.IMPLEMENTATION OF SAFETY AND GUIDELINES


This shows that the safety of students or people are in good
condition. tHIs avoids the possible negative imapacts to
different situations and people.

The safety is must because it is between life and


death that’s why we need to be extra clearer and no
misubderstanding will happen.
N. MAKING SPORTS AS HABIT
Loving the sports and turning it into a hobby is the most
precious thing we can accept because t is a skill
foundations.

When the sports became hobbit we can now enjoy every


piece of sweat that will come outside our body.It will help us
to become physically fit, we can do exercises as we desire it
a very lon time ago.
