HOW TO USE YOUR NEW INTERNET SERVICE

Welcome to BAI Connect! We are the Internet and communications provider at The Magnolia. This guide will help you connect
to your new Internet service, Rover, our exclusive Wi-Fi solution that allows your own personal Wi-Fi network to “follow” you across the
property. No reconnecting needed! The Internet included at your community is 300 Mbps x 300 Mbps.

STEP 1: CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT


Open the Welcome E-mail (Subject: Welcome to BAI Connect! Let’s get you
connected to your Internet service for The Magnolia.) and click the REGISTER
YOUR ACCOUNT button.
Create a username and password for your account, then click CONFIRM.
Your Wi-Fi Password will display after confirming your account.

STEP 2: CONNECT TO THE INTERNET


On any device, connect to the Wi-Fi network The Magnolia Resident Wi-Fi.
Enter the Wi-Fi password displayed after you created your account.
That’s it! Your devices will automatically register to your account.
Enjoy your property-wide Wi-Fi from BAI Connect. Property Name Resident Wi-Fi

Log into your personal portal. The link is located in your Welcome Email. Log in with the Username and Password you created when
you first created your account. Click Change Plan from the Dashboard under Your Internet Plan. Select a new Internet Plan and
click UPGRADE. We offer 325 x 325 Mbps for $12/month, 350 x 350 Mbps for $24/month, and 375 x 375 Mbps for $36/month.

Yes! We offer DIRECTV Stream. Get the best of live TV and On-Demand with DIRECTV Stream. Access local and national
