SUBJECT : Spot Report re: Shooting Incident
DATE : December 7, 2024
1. On or about December 7, 2024 around 11:00 PM, a shooting incident occurred
at Heritage Park, Lingayen Pangasinan located in Maniboc West, Lingayen,
Pangasinan. The victim was identified as Juan Esguerra, 21 years old, married,
a Licensed Embalmer and a resident of Maniboc West, Lingayen Pangasinan.
2. Initial investigation revealed that Juan was walking home from his workplace at a
funeral home due to the unavailability of transportation. While traversing Don
Roman Street, an unidentified suspect riding a Honda TMX 125, color red with
unidentified plate number approached and fired at him, hitting him and leaving
him severely injured.
3. The victim Juan Esguerra who sustained multiple gunshot wounds was rushed to
Lingayen District Hospital but was declared dead upon arrival.
4. The motive behind the incident was still unknown.
